The main tasks were determined: the study of bilingual education phenomenon involved a theoretical analysis pedagogical domestic experience; it was carred out essential characteristics basic concepts in context problem under study. In article author considers content terms “bilingual education” and instruction”. claims that these two are often used sources. directions their features is carried out, necessary to distinguish between concepts: cultures from which languages originated. Bilingual instruction process by curricula or approaches designed facilitate learning for non-English-speaking students primary secondary schools teaching them native language English. concludes means obtaining using as teaching, personality formed, open interact with outside world.
